The Challenge

Priority Marbella needed a digital presence that matched the quality of its service and properties. They also required a solution that was elegant, scalable, and user-friendly for non-technical staff. The website had to support ongoing villa listings, connect with external rental platforms like Airbnb and Booking.com, and be optimized for organic search.

We needed to launch a website with an elegant and minimalist design, in line with the aesthetic of the villas and apartments we offer. François delivered us a solution embracing the design direction we wanted but also by taking in consideration scalability for new villas listing and ease of maintenance for the team at Priority Marbella

The Solution

We designed the site from scratch in Figma, taking inspiration from minimalist, luxurious aesthetics. The visual identity reflects Marbella’s natural environment and lifestyle: sandy beige tones and azur blue accents reference the local beaches and sea, while clean typography and generous spacing convey elegance and timelessness.

On the development side, we chose WordPress with a custom theme for flexibility and scalability. This enabled us to build a backend tailored to their operational needs, allowing them to grow their villa listings easily over time.

Scalability & Integration

A major consideration was the need for third-party integrations. The custom CMS architecture allows for syncing calendars with platforms like Airbnb and Booking.com—a critical feature to ensure accurate availability and avoid double bookings.

WordPress also supports easy content publishing, allowing the Priority Marbella team to create new pages and update listings without any technical skills.

Priority Marbella aim to grow into an established rental agency, adding new villas and apartments to the listing on a monthly basis. The CMS needed to support the listing for efficient search results, without breaking the SEO or having to manually edit pages.
It’s integrated with a booking solution communicating in real time with external solutions like Airbnb or Booking, to ensure a seamless experience.

SEO & Performance

WordPress gave us a solid foundation to build a high-performing, SEO-friendly site. With fast load times, responsive design, and clean code, the site is built to rank and scale. The intuitive CMS also makes it easy to delegate content management to external collaborators, including copywriters and marketers.

The Priority Marbella team needed to quickly add content or create marketing landing pages on their own: the simple structure of the WordPress allows them to add new content to the page, without “breaking” the design.
